Pakka Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/MadamIn reference to our Letter No.7/Govt/SE/2025-26/0001 dated 1st April 2025 we wish to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29(2) Regulation 30 read with Regulation 47 and all other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on revised date i.e. Friday the 30th May 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the agenda items as attached.
