Respected Sir/ Madam We write to inform you that the Company has filed two appeals today against the assessment orders u/s 153C of the Income-Tax Act 1961 in respect of the Assessment Years 2017-18 and 2018-19 of Rs. 63517036/- and Rs. 25440773/- respectively. The Company shall update the Stock Exchanges of material developments if any in the aforesaid matters. The disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is attached and marked as Annexure 1.
