We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held Today i.e. May 29 2025 recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 0.01/- (One Paisa only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31 2025. Payment of Dividend is Subject to the Shareholders approval at the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company.
