In compliance of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday July 15 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the proposal to convene 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Tuesday August 12 2025 at 12:30 pm through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Notice of the AGM shall be intimated separately.
