Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that Mr. Bhumit Patel (DIN: 02796255) Whole-time Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the position of Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from December 31 2025 due to preoccupancy and engagements in various professional assignments / social activities. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are provided as Annexure-A to this disclosure. A copy of the resignation letter dated December 31 2025 as received from Mr. Bhumit Patel is enclosed herewith. The Company confirms that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those stated above.
