The Company has fixed Wednesday August 27 2025 as the record date for determining the eligibility of Members to receive the Final Dividend of Rs. 2 each per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each (20%) for the Financial Year ended March 31 2025 if approved by the Members of the Company at the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting.
