Un-Audited Financial Results: The un-audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30 2025 as per the recommendation of the Audit Committee were approved by the Board pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
