In continuation of our earlier intimation vide letter no. QTL/Sec/2024-25/248 dated November 22 2024 regarding the receipt of notice under Section 13 (2) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of the financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 we wish to further inform the exchange that M/s IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (Debenture Trustee) and M/s IDBI bank Limited (Lead Banker) have taken symbolic possession of the mortgaged properties situated at Jalandhar and Mohali of the Company.
