The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board at its meeting held today approved the allotment of 28322 equity shares of Rs.10/- each Subsequent to the exercise of 4122 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (ESOS 2013) 5625 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOS 2014) and 18575 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022 (ESOS 2022). Consequent to this the paidup share Capital increased from 374119250 to 374402470 and equity shares from 37411925 to 37440247. The Company shall apply for the listing and trading permission shortly.
