Rungta Irrigation Ltd (RIL) was incorporated as a private limited company under the name Jindal Irrigation Pvt Ltd in Apr.'86. The Company became a public limited company in Jun.'86 and got its present name in Apr.'94. The Company was originally promoted by S R Jindal and in 1992-93 it was taken over by R S Rungta of the Rungta Group who is the present Chairman. Rungta Irrigatn. Announcement

Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing herewith a certificate in compliance of regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants ) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended on 31st December 2024.

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Reg 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of Practices for Fair Disclosures and Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives the Trading Window of the Company shall remained closed from 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024.

Pursuant to Reg 40(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith a certificate dated 29th April 2024 duly signed by Mr. Ajit Mishra Practicing Company Secretary for the Financial Year ending March 31 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received an email dated December 13 2024 from BSE Ltd regarding the fine payable for the delayed submission of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended September 30 2024 under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.In this regard we hereby inform you that the Company has promptly paid an amount of Rs. 5900/- (inclusive of GST) towards fine imposed to BSE Ltd vide UTR No. CMS3522471544750.The Board of Directors has reviewed the matter and noted that the delay was due to absence of a compliance professional.
