This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including any amendment(s) modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto) the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from Thursday January 01 2026 and shall remain closed up to 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31 2025. The date of the Board meeting for considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31 2025 would be intimated to the Exchanges in due course.
