This is in continuation to our letter dated April 25 2025 wherein as an intimation of the outcome of the Board meeting on that day we have informed that the Board has approved a Final Dividend of Rs. 13 per equity share (130%) of Rs. 10 each for the year ended March 31 2025 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).We would like to further inform that the Record date for the purpose of aforesaid Final Dividend is Friday July 18 2025. The said dividend once approved by the members in the ensuing AGM will be paid on or before Friday September 12 2025.Kindly take the same on records.
