The Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the Second quarter and Half Year ended on September 30 2025 as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations along with Limited Review Report;2. Discuss any other business matter if required with the permission of Chair.Further in continuation to our earlier intimation dated September 25 2025 regarding closure of trading window we wish to inform you that the window for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the company.Please acknowledge and take on record the same.
