Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e Wednesday August 13 2025 have inter alia considered and approved the appointment of M/s. K.P. Ghelani & Associates Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five years from financial year 2025-26 to financial year 2029-30 subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming AGM of the Company.
