In continuation of our disclosure dated December 27 2025 informing on development in relation to the ongoing litigation we hereby inform that the Honble High Court of Gujarat has passed an interim order dated January 06 2026. The Company is in compliance with the directions of the Honble High Court of and is contesting the matter on merits. The Company has initiated and is actively pursuing further legal proceedings in this regard.
