We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday May 2 2025 has considered and approved the acceptance of Right Issue OfferLetter received from M/s Global Polyweave Private Limited (GPPL) a subsidiary of the Company and thereby invest the funds of the Company by way of subscription to its RightsIssue.
