Pursuant to chapter XII of the SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10 2021 (Updated as on April 13 2022) read along with Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19 2023 on Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities we hereby confirm that the Company does not fulfil the criteria as Large Corporate as specified in Para 3.2 of the aforementioned Circular.
