Sical Logistics Limited (Company) has informed the exchange that the board of directors of the Company at its meting held on February 12 2026 has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 2:9 i.e 2 (two) rights equity shares for every 9 (nine) equity shares held. Issue price is Rs. 64 per equity share.
