The Board-Taken on record the completion of tenure of Mr. M.S. Ramta a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as ED-Works on 31st May 2025.The Company will identify and appoint a suitable replacement for Mr. M. S. Ramta at the earliest. In the interim to ensure the continuity of operations Mr. Sandeep Chandna (Chief General Manager-Production) and Mr. Vikas Sharma (Chief General Manager-R&D) will take over the responsibilities of Mr. Ramta as mentioned below and will report directly to MD & CEO - Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa.
