Arora & Co. a peer reviewed proprietorship CS firm (FCS No. 2191 C P No. 993) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of five (5) years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
