Dear SirPlease be informed that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench Court has vide order dated 06.06.2024 admitted the application filed by Punjab National Bank against the company under Section 7 of the Insolvancy and Bankcruptcy Code 2016. By the said order Mr. Anurag Goel having registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00876/2017-2018/11460 has been appointed as Interim Resolutional Professional (IRP) under the provisions of IBC.
