Cibachem General Trading LLC Dubai pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company ahs acquired 300 shares of M/s. Cibachem General Trading LLC Dubai. Consequently Cibachem has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
