Pursuant to the code of conduct on prevention of insider trading of Sudeep Pharma Limited and SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall be closed for designated persons from Thursday 1st January 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025 and other matters if any.
