Please find enclosed herewith Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the Quarter Ended December 31 2025 received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company.

The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations 2011 for Smita Jatia

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons for prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons shall remain closed for 48 hours (Forty Eight) after announcement/declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31 2025.
