Pursuant to Regulation 7(1)(b) of the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the disclosures received in Form B of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2021/19 dated February 9 2021 from Rams Assorted Cold Storage Limited in respect of acquisition of 15000 Equity shares of the company (being 0.38% of the share capital) by way of purchase from Suryo Udyog Limited on 18th December 2025.
