Texmo Pipes And Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the subject cited above we wish to inform you that that as per Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 04:00 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025 along with other agenda items.Further as per our letter dated 27th December 2025 and as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in respect of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed till 12th February 2026.
