Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) read with Companys code of conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report the trading by designated persons their immediate relatives and other insiders the trading window in respect of dealing in securities of Tilak Ventures Limited (the Company) will remain closed for the designated persons their immediate relative and other insiders with effect from Tuesday 1st April 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2025.In view of the above all the concerned persons are advised not to deal (buy or sell) in securities of the Company during the said prohibited period. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.

In terms of Regulation 30 and Regulation 47 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 Please find attached newspaper cuttings of the advertisement in relation to the financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 as specified in Regulation 33 of LODR published in Financial Express (English) and Mumbai Lakshadweep (Marathi) on 31st January 2025 and same is also being displayed on the website of the Company.

Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185/ dated 31st December 2024 please find attached the Integrated Filing (Financial) for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.

In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 this is to inform to the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held Wednesday 29th January 2025 has approved un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 along with Limited Review of the Statutory Auditor which is enclosed herewith Annexure.
