1) In continuation with our earlier disclosure done on 15th July 2022 we further intimate that Agreement for Sale entered between Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd and Mr. Rameshbhai Desai for its Land and Building situated at Survey no.49CTS No. 792(pt) of village Atladra Taluka Vadodara District - Gujarat - 390012 has been cancelled today i.e. 28th February 2023. 2) It is further intimated that a fresh Sale Agreement is registered today i.e. 28th February 2023 in the name of Zebar Realty LLP on the request of the buyer Mr. Rameshbhai Desai for change in name of the purchaser from Rameshbhai Desai to his firm name Zebar Realty LLP for a total consideration of Rs. 180000000/- (Eighteen Crores only).3) It is also intimated that the Lease agreement signed on 02nd April 2014 between Tree house Education & Accessories Ltd. and Mira Education Trust for the above said property has also been cancelled today i.e. 28th February 2023.
