Enclosed herewith the Final List of Prospective Resolution Applicants as per the provision of Regulation 36A(12) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India(Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016.Kindly take on records.

Tricom Fruit Products Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Please be informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 3rd meeting of Committee of Creditors of the Company will be held on November 12 2024 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2024.In this connection and continuation of our intimation regarding Trading Window the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for the Companys Directors/ officers and designated employees of the Company from 1st day of October 2024 till 48th hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30 2024.
