Recommend final dividend for the financial year ended March 31 2025 if anyFurther pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as intimated to exchange vide letter dated March 25 2025 the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till May 28 2025.
