This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held today i.e. 21st May 2025 which commenced at 03:15 P.M. and concluded at 3:50 P.M. at the registered office of the Company at 703 Arunachal Building 19 Barakhamba Road New Delhi-110001 has appointed Mr. Ram Niwas Sharma as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with immediate effect i.e. 21.05.2025 for a period of five years.Relevant information in this connection as required under SEBI Circular no.
