Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B Part A Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended - We wish to inform you that the operations at our Mangrol Plant located at Gujarat have been temporarily suspended w.e.f. 1st May 2025 due to the end of the operational season and to undertake necessary alterations and maintenance work at the Plant.This shut down is temporary in nature and is expected to continue for approximately two months. The plant is scheduled to resume operations thereafter.
