Change In Authorisation Of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) For Determining Materiality Of An Event Or Information

We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on Tuesday 24th June 2025 have approved changes in authorised KMP of the Company for determining materiality of an event or information and disclosure to the Stock Exchange due to appointment of Mrs. Poonam Mor as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer designated as KMP of the Company.
