Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company through a circular resolution dated 1st August 2025 has unanimously approved the installation of a 150 KW Grid-Connected Solar Rooftop Power Plant at its Mangrol Plant Gujarat.
