NexSteer Systems Private Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company after the receipt of Building Completion Certificate/ Occupancy Certificate from MIDC Ahilyanagar has submitted the application to MIDC for assignment of Leasehold Rights in MIDC plot of Land and the Factory Building thereon in favour of DriveSys Systems Private Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
