Ajai Rai clarifies violation of Model Code of Conduct during polls

Varanasi, May 12 (ANI): Congress candidate from Varanasi Ajai Rai on Monday clarified his much controversial act of wearing his party symbol at the polling booth in his constituency. Rai said that he did not do so intentionally, in fact the symbol was on his clothes since the day he went for an election campaign. He added that when BJP's PM candidate intentionally reflected his party symbol the BJP leaders cannot ask for action against him. He further stated that if Election Commission gives him any notice he will answer it.
