Cold wave hits Delhi: Homeless people flock to night shelters

New Delhi, Dec 13 (ANI): As temperature dipped in the national capital, the worst sufferers turned towards night shelters to survive the chilly winter of New Delhi. They are being provided free blankets and pillows. Heavy downpour on December 12 left Delhi freezing.
