Father of Muzaffarpur woman, who died after being set on fire, demands justice

Patna (Bihar), Dec 17 (ANI): Father of Muzaffarpur woman, who died on Monday night after she was set on fire while resisting rape attempt earlier this month, said he wants justice for her daughter, and that the police authorities should take appropriate action against the perpetrators. The victim, who was set on fire after a failed rape attempt earlier this month, had received 95 percent burn injuries, and was shifted to Apollo Barn Hospital in Patna. The 23-year-old woman succumbed to her injuries on Monday night.
