Kanpur Metro project: U.P. CM, Venkaiah Naidu lay foundation stone

Kanpur, U.P., Oct 04 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav along with Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday laid the foundation of metrorail project in Kanpur city. The Rs. 13,721-crore project is a joint project by Central and state governments for which the BJP-led Central government has allocated Rs. 50 crore.
