Landmark order: NCLT accepts Go First's insolvency resolution plea, says CEO Kaushik Khona

The NCLT on May 10 accepted Go First's insolvency plea. With this order, the moratorium has been put in place under Section 14(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
