LS polls: Mayawati, Mulayam Singh share stage after 24 years

Mainpuri (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 19 (ANI): Samajwadi Party (SP) patriarch Mulayam Singh and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Friday shared the stage after 24 years. Said to be arch-rivals, the two leaders forced to come together ahead of the Lok Sabha elections to prevent BJP from repeating their 2014 performance in Uttar Pradesh. The two leaders, until today, have not seen eye to eye since 1995, when the SP workers allegedly attacked Mayawati.
