Mamata holds roadshow in protest against roadshow violence

Kolkata, May 15 (ANI): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday held a roadshow in Kolkata as a mark of protest against the violence that took place during BJP chief Amit Shah's roadshow on Tuesday. TMC and BJP have been at loggerheads post the clashes. While BJP accused TMC of trying to halt Shah's roadshow by throwing bricks and bottles at his convoy, TMC has, in turn, accused BJP of vandalising the bust of polymath Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar's bust.
