Nashik farmers protest after wholesale onion prices tumble

Nashik (Maharashtra), Feb 07 (ANI): Farmers of Nashik's Lasalgaon protested on February 7 at Nashik Krushi Utpanna Bazar Samiti mandi. They started protesting after the wholesale onion prices dropped at the mandi. To show their aggression some of the farmers climbed on the water tank to protest. The onion prices intensified the country in December last year.
