Peaceful protest turned violent in Delhi's Brijpuri, situation under control: North-East DCP

New Delhi, Dec 18 (ANI): Peaceful protest turned violent in Brijpuri area in Delhi on Dec 17. Protesters suddenly started pelting stones. Few people got injured. Speaking on this Additional DCP North-East Delhi RP Meena said, "Around 300-400 people were holding peaceful protest at Brijpuri area. Suddenly, they started pelting stones. We held talks with them after which they've dispersed. Situation is under control now. Few people were injured."
