Dibrugarh (Assam), Apr 16 (ANI): Rain and hailstorm lashed in Dibrugarh district of Assam. Due to sudden hailstorm roofs of several houses damaged. According to IMD the maximum and minimum temperature in Assam is 29 C and 21 C.
