Republic Day 2020: ULFA (I) calls for Assam shutdown

Guwahati (Assam), Jan 26 (ANI): Security was beefed up in light of shutdown called by the United Liberation Front of Asom (Independent) (ULFA-I) in Assam on January 26. Security personnel stand guard at roads in Guwahati on Republic Day. Police officials were briefed up about the situation and security measures amid tensions in the area.
