Electric two-wheeler maker Ather Energy Ltd on Friday said it has mobilised Rs 1,340 crore from anchor investors days ahead of the launch of its initial share sale for public subscription.
The Ather Energy IPO opens for public subscription on April 28.
Some of the key anchor investors who were allocated shares include Custody Bank of Japan, Franklin Templeton, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Eastspring Investments, Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Societe Generale.
PSBI Mutual Fund (MF), Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, ICICI Prudential MF, Invesco MF, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, ITI MF and Union MF are among the anchor investors.
According to a circular uploaded on BSE's website, the electric two-wheeler maker has allotted 4.17 crore shares to 36 funds at Rs 321 apiece, which is also the upper end of the price band. This aggregates the transaction size to Rs 1,340 crore.

JioStar, the joint venture created after the merger of the media business of Reliance and the India business of global media giant Walt Disney, on Friday reported revenues of Rs 10,006 crore with pre-tax earnings of Rs 774 crore.
JioHotstar, which was launched after the merger of two leading OTT platforms JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar on February 14, 2025, crossed 100 million paid user milestone within five weeks, according to earnings statement from Realiance Industries.
"JioHotstar served 503 million MAUs (monthly active users) in the month of Mar '25 driven by key sporting events such as ICC Champions Trophy, IPL and India's largest digital content library of greater than 320K hours," it said.

The NIA has conducted extensive searches at multiple locations across Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and other states in a case linked to Pakistan-backed cross-border smuggling of arms and narcotics by Khalistani operatives, the agency said Friday.

Around 1,100 tourists stranded in north Sikkkm's Chungthang town following landslides were evacuated by the authorities on Friday, while 1,800 others are awaiting rescue from two other popular hill stations in Mangan district, officials said.
The administration is bringing the evacuated travellers to the state capital Gangtok, around 100 km from Chungthang.
Those tourists, who spent Thursday night in a gurdwara, left in about 200 vehicles, officials said.
From Chungthang, the vehicles reached Mangan, the district headquarters, via a reconstructed bailey bridge at Sangkalang which was opened for traffic movement.
Officials said that efforts were also on to clear the roads as fast as possible to evacuate around 1,800 other tourists stuck in Lachung and Lachen.
Roads to Lachen and Lachung remained closed due to mudslides caused by heavy rainfall on Thursday evening.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) on Friday presented a Rs 40,187 crore-budget for the megapolis.

The Rajya Sabha on Thursday returned the Finance Bill 2025 to the Lok Sabha, along with 35 government amendments, including one that abolishes a 6 per cent digital tax on online advertisements, thus completing the 2025-26 budgetary exercise that started on February 1.
