Intimation of initiation of Liquidation process and appointment of Liquidator

Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench vide its order dated 20th July 2018 has initiated the Liquidation process of Linkson International Limited under Section 33 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy code 2016. CS Manish Baldeva having IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00043/2016-17/10082 has been appointed as Liquidator of the said Company.
