Pursuant to the Companies Code of Conduct formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window fordealing in Securities of the Company for the Directors Officers Designated Employees Insiders (as defined in the code) and their dependents and family members shall remain closed from Tuesday 31st January 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on 08th February 2023 to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter ended on 31st December 2022.
