With reference to the cited subject this is to inform you that Mrs. Asfia Moin (ACS No. 37280) has resigned from the post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours on Wednesday 01st February 2023.In terms of Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations in the event of resignation of the incumbent Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and until a new Company Secretary is appointed by the Company Mr. Pemmasani Madhu Pratap Whole-time Director (DIN: 00644254) shall act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.Information pertaining to the resignation pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are furnished in the Annexure hereto.Kindly take this information on record.
